Jacob Kelley Museum House open house canceled The Historic Jacob Kelley House, 2585 Kelleytown Road, Hartsville planned December 3rd Christmas opening is being canceled due to ongoing extensive restorations. When the restorations are complete, we will be hosting a grand re-opening after the first of the year. Look for our posting for this as well as the other open house dates for 2018. As always, the Jacob Kelley House Guild is looking for potential new members.


Santa’s Mailbox Santa’s Mailbox will continue through Wednesday, December 27th in Centennial Park. Santa’s Mailbox is for children of all ages to send him their Christmas wish list. Santa will reply to all addressed letters mailed by Wed., December 20th.


Tyner Family Reunion The 2017 Tyner family reunion will be held Saturday, December 2, from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Kelleytown Baptist Church Family Life Center, 2609 Kelleytown Road, Hartsville. Christmas Parade The Hartsville Christmas parade takes place on South Fifth Street and Carolina Avenue on Saturday, December 9th at 10:30 a.m. rain or shine.


Hartsville Farmers Market The Hartsville Farmers Market will be held the second Saturday of each month through December 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Downtown Hartsville.


Alzheimer Caregiver’s Support Group Alzheimer Caregiver’s Support Group meeting will be held the first Tuesday of each month at St. Bartholomew Church located at 103 Campus Drive, Hartsville.
